Information we process
To provide Replymio, we process account email, Shopify store connection details, WhatsApp Business connection details, customer phone numbers, message text, message identifiers, timestamps and delivery status. We read published Shopify product information, variants, prices, stock and currency to prepare draft replies. This version does not query Shopify customer orders, payment details or addresses.
AI processing
Relevant customer questions, permitted product information and your configured support policy are sent to Anthropic Claude to prepare a draft. Drafts are suggestions and require human approval before a WhatsApp message is sent. Do not place secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in a merchant policy or product description.
Security, tenant separation and retention
Integration credentials and locally stored message data are encrypted at rest. Each merchant has a separate tenant Store and derived encryption key; tenant data is not shared with another Replymio account. Conversations and drafts are periodically deleted according to the configured retention policy. Provider-side records follow Shopify, Meta and Anthropic policies.
Your choices
You can disconnect integrations, uninstall the Shopify app, or request access or deletion by emailing support@replymio.com. We may verify control of the relevant store or WhatsApp number before acting. Deleting our copy does not delete records held by Shopify, Meta or Anthropic.
