Does Replymio send replies without my approval?

No. Replymio prepares a draft; your team reviews and approves it before anything is sent on WhatsApp. If the store information does not support an answer, Replymio leaves the question to your team.

What do I need to connect my store?

You need a Shopify store and access to the WhatsApp Business account you want to connect. Setup uses Shopify and Meta authorization screens to grant Replymio access. Public registration is not open yet; you can explore the demo without connecting either account.

Do I need to share store data to try the demo?

No. The interactive demo uses sample customers, products and conversations. No account or store connection is required, and no real WhatsApp messages are sent.
