Terms of service
Updated 14 September 2026These terms govern Replymio, a customer-support service operated by ORBINATE LLC, 30 N Gould St #56317, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@replymio.com. By creating an account or using Replymio, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
What Replymio does
Replymio reads published product information from a connected Shopify store and prepares draft replies to questions received on a connected WhatsApp Business number. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Drafts are never sent automatically; a merchant or authorized team member must review and approve each message. Requests about orders, refunds, payments or personal information may be routed to a human.
Connections and responsibility
You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and WhatsApp Business assets you provide. You are responsible for your catalog, support policy, WhatsApp communications, applicable customer notices and compliance with Shopify, Meta and other provider terms. Do not use Replymio for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited messaging.
Plans and billing
Available plans, prices, trials and usage limits are shown in Shopify’s hosted plan selection experience. A paid plan starts only after you approve it in Shopify. Shopify processes the charge on its invoice and may change, freeze or cancel access according to its billing rules. We do not treat a redirect or client-side state as proof of payment; access is enabled only after server-side verification.
Availability and suspension
The service depends on Shopify, Meta, Anthropic and shared infrastructure. We may suspend access when credentials expire, billing is unpaid, usage threatens the service, a provider requires it, or these terms are breached. Uninstalling or disconnecting an integration stops the relevant processing and triggers deletion of locally stored conversation data as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimer and liability
Replymio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORBINATE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or provider outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
